Grand Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau

This is the second class in the Order of Orange-Nassau and is very seldom conferred. Since 2000 only four Dutch citizens have been made Grand Officers, among them Tjibbe Joustra (formerly National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and chair of the Dutch Safety Board) and Piet Hein Donner (former minister and former vice-president of the Council of State).
